About you

First of May 2009 year - it’s important date. Fifth Anniversary of Polish accession to the European Union. Since then we have the support of funds, particularly for youth projects. One of these is international project prepared by House of Culture Zacisze and Youth of the Council in Warsaw.

Lithuanian Youth Center on Children and Youth and Vilkaviskis Childs Youth Club “Saulute” in Klaipeda will also participate in the project.

project freedomThe main theme is to answer the question: Is the activity for the youth of the local community is the right choice or necessity? An important objective of the group Poland - Lithuania is to increase the activity of young people in the local community, promoting and encouraging young people compare the mechanisms for decision-making at local and regional level in both countries, the development of the personality of young people, building an international network of groups dealing with youth issues, intercultural education. To achieve these objectives, the group will meet with representatives of local authorities dealing with youth policy in the visited villages. Show the different shades of freedom in the street events and artistic activities through workshops. To organize social shares “are active” and “Art of my addiction, the only” in their local environments and compare them to how to implement common international meetings. The effects will show their work during the two conference prepared by the project.
